Of course it's important to fuel our bodies with the essential macro and micro-nutrients and whole, fresh foods, but we can still meet our goals while allowing some of our favorite indulgences. No restrictive "diets". We will create a balanced plan that's sustainable long-term: a blend of proteins, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and your favorite treats! Moderation is key.

Let's face it... we all lead a busy life. We will set up bi-weekly sessions that are super convenient and accessible for you using a secure online video chat (computer or mobile). All sessions are 100% online or telephone. No need to travel for the visits! To ensure you get all the support you need, you will also have 24/7 dietitian access via the Healthie app (please view my Work With Me section for more info on this). We will be able to message and share food logs/photos to keep you on track and feeling confident between sessions!
